Landfill Serving Grand Island, NE and Surrounding Communities

The O’Neill Wood Resources Construction and Demolition debris Landfill (C&D Landfill) is a small, locally owned, and operated NDEE permitted landfill located just five miles west of Grand Island. Our landfill is open for construction and demolition debris for all account holders.

History

History

Our C&D landfill opened to the public in 2020. Born of an idea to provide a safe and legal disposal option closer to Grand Island our C&D landfill allows customers to dispose of construction and demolition waste just 5 miles from town. Our landfill is licensed and permitted by the Nebraska Department of Energy and Environment. By disposing of inert wastes in our C&D landfill it frees up space in expensive, lined, municipal solid waste landfills.
